Wet ‘n Wild Gold Coast: Two dogs rescued from hot car parked outside theme park

Two dogs left in oven-like conditions in a car outside a Gold Coast theme park are “very lucky” to have survived, authorities say.

The dogs were rescued in the carpark of Wet ‘n Wild on Wednesday afternoon.

Police were alerted to them in the car about 2pm. It was later found the dogs had been in the car since the morning.
