Porsche’s other sports car line, now known collectively as the 718, started with the humble 986-generation Boxster in the late 90s. Now, the mid-engined Porsche lineup builds all the way up to the GT3-engined Cayman GT4 RS. The car most true to the original spirit is the basic 718 Boxster, complete with a variety of engine options and a soft top over a two-seat cabin.
The GTS 4.0 is not a bad option, either.
