Australia’s recovery of used car, bus and truck (automotive) tyres is going backwards, according to Tyre Stewardship Australia’s (TSA) tyre recovery data for 2022-23.
The report shows recovery has dropped to under 80 per cent, a downward trend since the 2019-20 peak of 90 per cent.
