A child has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition after car ran into them at a Gold Coast childcare centre car park.
Queensland Fire and Emergency services were called after a boy was hit by a car at the Creative Garden Early Learning Centre car park at around 9.53am.
Paramedics rushed the boy to Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
Gold Coast police said they were on scene and would be following up the crash.
