ONLINE used-car retailer Cars24 is investing $5 million in a vehicle refurbishment centre in Victoria and is planning another centre for NSW.
The company says the refurbishment centres are crucial to delivery of its claims that it spends a minimum of $2000 on refurbishing each car it sells.
