A chronically ill teenager has shared a desperate note to an “inconsiderate” driver who left their vehicle in her building’s disabled parking space for a week without a permit – at one point causing her such distress she was left crying in the car.
The Gold Coast woman, who lives with several disabilities, says she was forced to park in her building’s lower basement and brave two steep ramps to get to her apartment – an “agonising” effort with her health conditions.
