The owner of a Downtown Boise car dealership cut down three large trees in the public right-of-way and will have to pay a fine – and revamp the rocky landscape that replaced the trees.
The City of Boise said that Randal Petersen, who owns the land under Fairly Reliable Bob’s at 23rd St. and Fairview Ave., cut down three trees owned by the City of Boise.
