A Charleston-based automotive dealer soon will have more than 50 locations in its growing footprint across the Southeast and Midwest.
Hudson Automotive Group is poised to acquire four Vic Bailey-branded showrooms in the Upstate in a pending deal set to close on Dec. 4, according to owner David Hudson.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
