Demand for luxury cars is on an uptrend in India, but their penetration level is lower than a lot of smaller countries.

For example, the top five luxury car brands – Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo put together sell just one luxury car in the country while the other brands sell 99.
