Kia is recalling over 7000 vehicles across its Niro, Sportage and Sorento lines as they mightn’t warn drivers a seatbelt is unbuckled in the cabin.
“Due to a software issue, the instrument cluster may fail to illuminate the visual seat belt warning as required by the Australian Design Rules (ADR) 04/06,” the company says in its recall notice.
