A lawsuit filed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General in Cambria County is accusing a used car dealer of illegally selling vehicles on Facebook Marketplace.

The lawsuit says that David Gaida, 25, had been selling used cars online under the name of “Dave’s Auto Sales,” but was not licensed to sell them, WTAJ reported.

Dealers who sell more than five vehicles a year are required to follow certain guidelines, the lawsuit states, which Gaida did not follow.
