CREVE COEUR — A luxury car dealership has bought two buildings here, including the former headquarters of a local retailer, as the metro area office market experiences historic lows in occupancy.
The deal for Soft Surroundings’ headquarters and an adjacent property follows the retailer’s announcements of bankruptcy and the potential layoff of 181 workers last month.
