A Rahway man has been arrested and charged with theft by deception after he allegedly stole more than $200,000 from two people who expected to purchase luxury cars from him, the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Jonathan I. Najarro, 32, was charged with second-degree theft by deception and arrested at the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office on Dec. 15, prosecutors said.
