Monicatti Auto Sales LLC, a used car dealer in Chesterfield Township, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy with up to $10 million in liabilities.
The company filed for protection under the Subchapter V code frequently used by smaller businesses, according to its voluntary petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Michigan.
