Eight people have been injured as an out-of-control car crashed head-on into a bus on the Gold Coast, with first responders describing the scene as “chaotic”.
A 46-year-old woman who was a passenger on the bus has suffered a significant leg injury, as well as pelvic and neck pain, in the incident along Brisbane Rd in Labrador.
She was rushed to Gold Coast University Hospital in serious condition.
