It’s probably fairest to say the Z feels more like an old-school muscle car than an up-to-the moment sports coupe, and some will wish for a more raucous engine note. Then again, some may appreciate that the Z, which was once a sharp sports car then became a heavy luxury coupe, has returned to something in-between: a powerful grand tourer.
An $80,700 Proto Spec variant, exclusively in Ikazuchi Yellow, was available, but Nissan claims it was sold out “before launch”….
