A man has been killed after being struck by a car on a footpath in Brisbane’s north early on Wednesday.
A man has been killed after being struck by a car on a footpath at Northgate, in Brisbane’s north, early on Wednesday morning.
It is understood the ncident occurred about 5.30.
Queensland Police Service earlier advised commuters to avoid the area around Melton Rd and Dethridge St.
The man’s body was removed from the scene about 9am.
