Porsche’s electric-car sound rejected by trademark authorities

Car manufacturers have gone to great lengths to create artificial sounds for accelerating electric cars – even commissioning film composers – but Porsche’s latest efforts have been deemed too unmemorable by authorities to be trademarked.
