A man who allegedly smashed up cars with a metal pole as they passed him on a busy Perth intersection has been charged with four counts of criminal damage.
Footage showed cars running red lights and jumping the median strip to avoid the alleged assailant, 40-year-old Scarborough man Ross Cameron Males, as he took aim at car windows in the shocking Christmas Eve rampage.
