Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle rollover on the M1 southbound at Pimpama around 1.10pm.
Paramedics assessed two people and took one person to Gold Coast University hospital in a stable condition.
A Gold Coast police spokesman said officers had closed two lanes on the M1 and warned motorists of significant delays.
