Police officers were called to Oxley Drive at Hollywell following a collision between a Mazda BT-50 and a Toyota Corolla around 4.40pm on Saturday.
Police say the three occupants of the Mazda got out of the vehicle before the alleged driver of the Toyota drove his car towards them and rammed the ute.
