A former Southport triathlete has been granted bail to attend rehab after an alleged crime spree across southeast Queensland over a five-week period.

The man was granted bail on Wednesday to attend rehabilitation.

Southport’s Luke Lythgoe, 36, is accused of stealing cars, jewellery, licence plates and committing fraud across Gold Coast and Brisbane suburbs over a five-week period in 2020.
