Emergency Services responded to two three-car crashes on the M1 on the Gold Coast, as motorists experienced heavy delays.
Paramedics were called to a three-car crash on the M1, southbound 200m from Smith St in Arundel, at about 8.53am.
They assessed multiple people but took one woman in a stable condition to Gold Coast University Hospital.
Traffic was backed up to Helensvale.
