WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Prosecutors say a federal grand jury has indicted a Wichita-area businessman with 27 counts of criminal misconduct connected to altering vehicle odometers.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wichita says Adam Newbrey, 31, of Derby, operated three used car dealerships in Wichita:
