CLEVELAND, Ohio – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is suing a former car dealer in Akron and accusing it of failing to deliver auto titles to customers.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Summit County Common Pleas Court, alleged that Shane Beers and SJ Motorworks used deceptive acts and practices when selling cars and trucks to customers.
